1. General Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between f111 bat and its users. By creating an account, logging in or using any service on the platform, you will be considered to have read, understood and accepted these terms.

f111 bat is an online entertainment platform that offers sports betting, casino games, slots and live casino services. All these services are available only to persons of legal age and subject to compliance with applicable local laws.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for confirming whether using such services is lawful in their area. f111 bat makes no representation about the legality of its services in any jurisdiction.

2. Membership and Account

2.1 Registration

To register with f111 bat, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Information required at registration includes: full name, mobile number, email address and date of birth. This information may be verified at a later stage.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

f111 bat may request identity verification documents at any time. A National ID (NID), passport or other government-approved identification may be required. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details strictly confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our customer support immediately.

3. Age Restriction

All services on f111 bat are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any service. 21+

f111 bat may request age verification documents at any time to confirm a user's age. If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount on f111 bat is ৳500. Users can fund their account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Transfers are also accepted through major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank and others.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may trigger an account verification requirement.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Secure Transactions

All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption. f111 bat does not store users' bank or mobile banking details.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500 with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

The welcome bonus applies one time only. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal can be made.

5.2 Other Bonus Terms

f111 bat sets separate wagering requirements for each promotion:

• Weekly Deposit Reward: 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x
• Slot Festival Bonus: 50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x
• Weekend Cricket Bonus: 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 20x
• Birthday Gift: up to ৳2,000, wagering 15x
• Friend Referral Reward: up to ৳3,000, wagering 10x

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user abuses the bonus system, claims bonuses through multiple accounts or attempts to obtain bonuses through any fraudulent activity, f111 bat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6. Betting and Gaming Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Every bet placed on f111 bat is considered final once confirmed. f111 bat reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. Bets placed on odds that are clearly displayed in error may be considered void.

6.2 Match Results and Disputes

For sports betting, data from internationally recognised sports data providers is used. In the event of a dispute regarding a match result, f111 bat's decision is final.

6.3 Game Results

Casino and slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and impartial results. If a game stops mid-session due to a technical error, f111 bat will refund the amount deposited by the user.

6.4 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Across 5 tiers from Bronze to Diamond, weekly cashback of up to 0.8% is available. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the balance:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Operating an account using a third party's identity
• Placing bets using software bots or automated scripts
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in games or the betting system
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Creating an account by providing false or misleading information
• Following artificial betting patterns to obtain bonuses
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or for a minor's use

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by f111 bat

f111 bat may temporarily suspend any account if a rule violation is suspected, during a verification process or during an investigation. Deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable while the account is suspended.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account. Before closing, all bonus wagering requirements must be met and any remaining balance must be withdrawn.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

f111 bat is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by technical outages on its platform, disruptions to third-party services or internet connectivity issues.

Gambling carries financial risk. f111 bat does not guarantee any profit from gambling. The outcome of all bets and games depends entirely on chance.

Users access this platform at their own discretion and entirely at their own risk. f111 bat will not be liable for any financial losses.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, contact f111 bat's customer support team first. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bangla and English via live chat and email.

After a formal complaint is submitted, f111 bat will communicate its decision within a reasonable time. f111 bat's final decision will be considered binding. Where applicable, the laws of Bangladesh shall govern any legal proceedings.
